What’s Next?: Khaotic dropping late September 2019
ameriKKKen had been writing and rapping for 6 years before releasing “The Come Up”. After gaining confidence and getting a good reception from her peers and new fans, she decided to take music seriously. Continuing to drop songs and doing a plethora of dope features, ameriKKKen is practicing her craft every chance she gets. This hard work hasn't gone unnoticed and has even earned her a spot on the 2019 Chreece lineup. Being influenced by Lauryn Hill and Mac Miller, her verses are nothing but soulful and her flow is like water.
Although her name may sound controversial, ameriKKKen stands for “Knowledge and Kindness is Key”. Her debut project, Khaotic, is dropping late September. A compilation of previously released songs featuring a few new tracks like “Under Pressure”, a mellow lo-fi track that she is excited to share with the world. After dropping Khaotic, ameriKKKen plans to stay in her lane and continue pursuing her music dreams. Be sure to follow her on Instagram and get a ticket for the Khaotic album release party.

What’s Next?: Forever Ferg dropping 10/10/19
K Ferg 500 is a rapper and producer from the Lawerence area. Ever fashion-forward, Ferg is influenced by Maison Margiela and the new direction of Louis Vuitton by Virgil Abloh. Musically, he ranges from melodic auto-tuned ballads to witty bars and punch lines hip hop lovers can enjoy. He is looking to push a new sound for Indiana while promoting new talent with his collective, 500 the Family. Treating music like a sport, Ferg aims to be consistent and improve with every project.
Coming a long way from laying verses on popular records dating back to 2016. Ferg now handles a good amount of his own production, producing nearly half of his new project Forever Ferg, dropping October 10th. Look out for “Clueless”, “Feds”, and “Rhinestones” on the tracklist. Expect to hear a more refined artist who still has the ability to experiment with their sound. Sonically, he is still trying to keep his options open and create his own wave.

What’s Next?: Album coming late 2019
Maccogallo is a band from the south side of Indianapolis consisting of Jack, Lily, Griffin, Peyton, Isabelle, and Sean. Originally, the group came together attempting to make a TV show but ended up creating a band. Most of the members have been friends throughout high school, some even since middle school. It’s easy to tell they have a lot of fun creating and playing music together, they attribute this to keeping things light, laughing through everything and letting go of their egos.
Originating in the Shoegaze, Indie, and Grunge genres, Maccogallo is looking to transition to a darker, more complex sound on their next album releasing in mid-fall to early winter. Lead singers Sean and Lily handle the writing and arrangement for most songs. Some tracks feature Lily’s vocals while others feature Sean’s. This is very refreshing and gives an element of surprise to the group’s music. Moving away from their original Brit Punk sound, expect faster and more aggressive tunes from the band in the future.
